Membership
Who can be a Member?
Any adult current or former resident of the Prospect Park neighborhood in Minneapolis, and who supports
the purpose of the Fund, is eligible to apply for membership. The exact geographic boundary of Prospect
Park is defined as that officially recognized by the Minneapolis City Council.
How do I become a member?
Pay Dues ($10 a year) payable throughout the year or at the annual meeting of the organization, traditionally at the end of May.

MN 55108Members are subject to approval by majority vote of the Board.
Save the date for the 2026 Annual Meeting - Saturday, May 30 from 10 am - noon. Location TBD.
Responsibilities of dues paying members
Vote for election of the Board
Vote to recommend annual fund disbursements
Vote for dissolution or merger of the Fund
Propose amendments to the bylaws.
Disseminate information to neighborhood organizations eligible for funding.
Board of Directors
Former Co-op members became the first Board of Directors.
Currently, the Board of Directors, composed of neighborhood residents, oversees the management of the organization.
The Board is responsible for awarding grant funds to applicants following the recommendations of members at the annual meeting.
